It's crazy how well Kelsie, Allison and Holly really do move in exact unison. I mean the whole group does that very well, but I notice it especially in the three of them. It must be from all the trios and other dances they've done together.

This really is a beautiful lyrical danc.e Will they be taking it to showstopper nationals this year as well?

what are some barre or across the floor excersises to do for holding the leg up? im flexible but just cant hold it up
