@filamordc - hi there, it's been 2 years hence eh... but no let the video stay. not because she was being ignored, but because it shows her very humble beginnings when as an unknown she had to sing for lunch money. it also shows that she was a raw talent and could render an excellent performance even before david foster had started polishing her some more. let this video be a testament of how charice began as an ignored talent and now to the charice that is being adored by the whole world.

this is a wedding luncheon not a concert, the focus of the occasion is to the new couple. charice was invited to sing by the couple probably because they know how good she is. some chaster (very few) are worst than the haters. they are such a turn off to new or potential charice fans.

for an unknown amazing singer then and be invited to grace an important occasion is indeed an honor for an artist too. kudos to the groom and bride who believed in the talent of charice at that time. if that happens today, oh!! there could have been plenty of leftover (food)

Ok, did you see toward the end (at 8:44) when she finished singing? Barely a few clapped their hands. I bet you the same people now are having a remorse that they didn't pay attention to her then and missed the opportunity of a lifetime...and that is, get to enjoy Cha's performance. Now, they have to get waaaayyyyy back in the Coliseum in Section Z to even get a glimpse of her..unless they pay thousands of dollars for a closer seat.
