Ministerial Intern Gary Canier leads us in the White Stone Ceremony, where we see the new year as a clean slate, and ask Spirit to give us a word or two to guide us on our way. We write that word on a white stone, and we keep it to remind us of our intention for the year. This is a powerful ritual which renews our awareness that we are able to consciously manifest the life we want to live.

  • I have never heard of the white stone ceremony, although I know well of the burning bowl. I just looked on my desk, and I found a light beige stone on which I had written "Forgive past." Will this do? I go to Unity of the Redwoods in Eureka, CA.
