I know many people think Nastia deserved the gold,but those are the people who doesn't really understand gymnastics.Nastia actually had more MAJOR errors than He Kexin,Nastia had terrible form throughout her UB rountine,even if she stick the dismount, she had cow-boyed her double frount to do it.Nastia's form breaks is more severe than He Kexin's hop on landing.

This tiebreaker has happened more than once (rewind to Athens 2004). The only reason people are hyped over it is because it happened between an American girl and a Chinese girl. The tiebreaker for men's floor in Athens was between a Canadian and a Romanian but their story didn't flood the press. It happened in high bar finals in Athens (robbing two American men, who happen to be twins) but was overshadowed by the poor judging of Alexei Nemov.

If He Kexin had landed the dismount as she did in prelims, she would have won fair. If Nastia didn't have a late turn on the low bar, she would have won fair. If Yang Yilin didn't have a lot of late turns, she would have won fair. If Beth Tweddle didn't have a late turn before her dismount, she would have won fair. If they put the Uneven Bars final on a different day, the same four people would take the top four, but their positions would be different.
