I wonder why everyone behind there doing flips? What are they having there? Btw, thanks the good training!
-
my tailbone seems to get a lot of pressure when I'm trying this, is this because my back isn't flat enough? I'm also having some trouble understanding 'hip under' position

what is the name of the song at the end of the clip??

can i assume that you should just do this exercise as long as possible instead of timed sets?? or would timed sets lead to a longer workout in total? :D
-
@strengthproject Should these core exercises be done before or after different variations of abs exercises?
-
I'm having a little bit of trouble trying to clearly understand what you mean by "hip under position". Is there any way you can elaborate more on this?
-
@strengthproject Thats very simple - Since we can bend our back - that is an action that can be done, since that action can be done the action can be made stronger - myths are available claiming that back bending is bad - this is wrong as the muscles of the back are made the bend and the abominals support these bendings. If you avoid bending your back - you lose the ability to do so eventually aka use or lose - you would end up with a Stiff back. A well Back should not look distorted in an XRay.
I believe in keeping the natural curve of the spine. So I disagree with rounding your lower back. If you looked at your rounded lower back in an x ray, you would agree with me. The bones and the discs of the lumbar spine are compromised when rounded. Now imagine putting on pressure on it-not a good idea. Would you squat with a rounded lower back? Would you jump with a rounded lower back? So why train your core with a rounded lower back? I hope you don`t take this amiss. I love strengthproject.

Thanks for your feedback, but we have to disagree. Further explanation will be given through a follow up video. Please stay in tune.
