You have to realize what Falco was going for at 00:25. Aiming for a ledge-grab is hard to do... Although I will admit, at his level, it shouldn't have happened..

You can only win on tech skill alone if you're fighting someone who doesn't predict what you're going to do and take action. Most people play smarter than that, so to win consistently you have to be able to trick your opponent.
