It seems ever since 1993 came, most black musicians cracked the top 50 of the hot 100. Damn. I finally remember. Hip Hop & R&B were popular in mainstream between 1993-1996.

@pivoteer971 There were very few White Singers in the Charts during the 90s and 00s. Its only been recently that White singers have been starting to dominate the charts again, and actually 2011 was one of the Whitest years in the charts since the 80s.

@pivoteer971 not awkward at all, sign of the times, the urban artists were killing the mainstream and grunge was running it's course but got little airplay
