  • I got tears in my eyes, man, I grew up watching the 2 of them every 2 weekends.. I'm soo sad for them, Daijiro and Norick, you are 2 of my very favourite riders, you'll stay in my heart every second of my life..

    Adi Romania.

  • Rest in peace, Abe. We deeply miss you.

  • @zamandahberubah Because there are a lot of ignorant selfish people in the world.

  • abe, kato, tomizawa, simoncelli... motogp isn't the same without u guys.

  • @TOMCATALEXANDER i hate that driver..why can't he just follow the rule

remember that other people also use that road

  • On October 7, 2007 while riding a 500 cc Yamaha T-Max scooter in Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Abe was involved in a traffic accident with a truck, which made an illegal U-turn in front of him, at 6:20pm local time. He was pronounced dead two and a half hours later at 8:50pm at the hospital where he was taken for treatment

  • Anyone who watched Norick at Suzuka when he wildcarded in his first GP knew just how special a rider they were watching.

  • It's just so ironic.

He raced bikes, that would bring 99% of us 6 feet under in no time, and then dies in a terrible and unecessary crash in traffic...a shame.

    RIP Norifumi!

  • @cpstaicu and now another start has fallen. Shoy tamizawa you will be missed but not forgotten. Rest in peace Shoya.

  • Poor Norick, I remember how much he cried when he won the Japanese Grand Prix with the Marlboro Yamaha and the flag of his country was raised high. Was very touching!
