Dark Souls - Moonlight Greatsword the Easy Way and Seath Fight

Usually it takes forever to cut his tail and get the sword. My first time fighting Seath it took me about 8-10 minutes to get the sword because his cuttable tail kept clipping through the walls, making it impossible to slice off. Not anymore.

Also I tried to just use my club to beat him but I dont think anyone would want to see 10+ minutes of me hacking and smacking and missing... so I kind of cheesed with the Shield.

@TheLastTwinky No. I would have been using daggers for that. However, that gives me an idea to make him when I get bored with my current character... Plus, the character in that video is female; it's pretty hard to make a nice looking female character.

This is my last boss to cut off tail and i get fucking achievement for all rare weps.. The problem is im on NG+3 and this fucking retarded asshole tail won't be cutted off for fuck sake. i use drake sword +5 and lightning winged spear maxed.. this is fucking bullshit..

@HippyManPL If you really want that achievement, I believe it's transferable between characters. Meaning, if you start a new character and fight NG Seath, cut off his tail there, it should count towards the rare weapons.

All I have is a Velka's Rapier +5. I tried using spells to cut it off but it's hard to aim a lightning bolt at it...

@gastonie Its possible. Focus on gear instead of lvling your toon. You'll be able to handle lots of mobs that way. Just do remember that you may die in like 1 or 2 hits lol

dude Combustion on the tail, freaking genius. Great tip on the let him charge and destroy his own crystal advice also. I gotta try this. I'm actually on this fight after a long LONG hiatus from DS. Idk how you are so low level bro. I'm SL 115 (lots of HP farming for the Ornstein fight cuz I wanted the Ornstein armor rather than fatty's)
