I love watching Gordon! He's a bit rough with people sometimes, but the guy knows food and how to run a kitchen. Those eggs looked amazing!

I don't give a fuck what anybody says; this is a terrible way to make scrambled eggs. There's nothing scrambled about them - these are whipped eggs. There is nothing light and fluffy about them - they are pulverized beyond recognition; beaten into submission and whipped to a creamy consistency. It just goes to show you people will believe anything if a celebrity says it's true. Awful...

I would optimize that breakfast. Instead of puting the scrambled eggs in the toast i would put them apart and I would make a pantumaca( toast with natural cold tomato sauce and ham)
