my opinion the Heisman is crap and should not be allowed in college it proves nothing it always always goes to the star player on the number one or two team. last year McFadden was named the best player in college by the entire edia but because he wasnt on a #1 team he didn't get it, the Heisman is crap now back in the day it might have meant something but now it doesn't.

darren mcfadden should have won the heisman instead of tim tebow. because tim isnt as good as they say. if he was he would have led the gators to another national title game. but anyways darren mcfadden is a beast and will be the fourth best running back in the nfl. behind LT,Brian westbrook, and adrian peterson of course. but he will give them a run for their money

What else is there? The only thing McFadden doesn't have is AP's size, which will probably change now that he's in the NFL. Other than that they are very similar.

Well one thing I don't get is how are they trying to compare him with Adrian Peterson? The only way i see any simalerities is the running style and the speed.

you guys dont know what u r talkin about....even if u listen to mike mayocks propaganda, u should still know that he can be coached to keep his legs driving on contact... its not something some people do and others CAN'T do. and if u want a home run hitter, he's your guy PLUS! mcfadden has WAY better accelearation that stewart and rashard mendenhall. Mendenhall may be a better bell cow running back in the NFL, but mcfadden will have a adrian peterson impact with the right team next year
