http://www.alleycataction.tv Oxford plays host to regular Alleycat bike rides. Organised by Oxford Cycle Workshop their April '09 event was themed around Top Trumps. These Alleycats can easily attract one hundred of Oxford's cyclists out to navigate their way around the city.

You appear to be correct, however, as you have failed to identify the reasons why it isn't an alleycat while providing a list of things quite commonly seen at nearly all real alleycats as evidence that it isn't one; the evidence is highly suggestive that you are a the sort of hipster pouser who shows up at alleycats, fucks everything up and pisses off real alleycaters.

I could be wrong, you could be the sort of pouser who wouldn't go near a real alleycat.
