  • Maggie was so cute... I really miss her.

  • YIKES! that Dennis broad on the right. nice choppers. holy shit

  • Maggie was a cutie back then!!!!!

  • I worked with Denise at WMAQ she was a great lady!

  • Well... If I had read ALL the comments... I would have known what happened to her! LOL! There she is! :)

  • If this is from '83... this is right about the time I had Maggie Brock as my TEACHER at Loyola University for my Broadcast News class. She took us students to WLS, to meet Steve and Garry and some of the other DJs, which was pretty cool. We also learned just how difficult it was for her to work with them. It really was NOT easy for her, as she was a very serious news reporter. She even told us about the sweating palm operation! Obviously she was very open with us. Whatever happened to her?

  • Wow, blast from the past, pretty cool.

And to be completely mean Maggie is the only one that is cute, the rest are kind of weird looking, maybe it was the bad 80's clothing! (Maybe that was why they were in radio!!)

Thanks for posting this, I hope you post some more Steve Dahl stuff. (And check out my new You Tube tribute page to Steve Dahl.)

    Later.

  • I would listen to Maggie do the news on the Steve & Garry show on WLUP and always thought she was hot. I'm glad to see that first impressions were correct.

  • When I was a kid, she'd do the afternoon cartoon voiceovers for WFLD Channel 32.

  • Maggie Brock's voice is truly heavenly! I love that laugh.

And her work with Steve & Garry was great radio.
