sorry for the mega delay. this is a 9 months post op video/dietary video.

i am now doubling my protein intake(2 grams per pound of bodyweight), to help me bulk. also adding in more vegetables/carbs. if you arent working out heavily you only need 1 gram of lean protein per pound.

eat 5-6 small meals per day!
drink 8-10 cups of water!

im not happy with chest results/pec workout results, but am stoked on the rest of my workout results. in a bulking phase for the next minute or so

eating small meals keeps your metabolism going. eating inconsistently slows it down. even if you are trying to lose weight and want to cut calories to under 1500(or is it 2000?), still spread that out in small meals so your metabolism is always working

  • Yeah, I hear ya on the calorie intake. I was told I had to up my intake also. Which is difficult cause I don't have a big appetite and it's hard for me to even get 2 or 3k a day. I was taking Tap Out Weight Gainer powder for a while just so I could drink an extra portion of my calories as an easier way to get them in.

  • You're looking great man. You talk about trying out/switching routines a few times in your videos, and I was wondering if you'd looked into the routines at realjock- it's a fitness website for gay men. I'm hoping to try out their beginner program once I'm on my goal T dose. It looks intense but I've heard good things about it.

  • dude - you look great; don't fret about your chest. I mean sometimes you wait so long to see something, that you don't. Take bodybuilders who get that reverse-anorexia effect when they look at themselves. I can see improvement, though, you look incredibly toned and more importantly - healthy!!! - so what you need to improve on is beyond me. Don't be hard on yourself man, just do what you do... and I'm awaiting your workout vidoe Tuck! a promise is a promise lol

  • First off you look great man!!

    Here's a small tip that may help on increasing your chest size.

    The pectoralis major muscle has three distinct (upper, middle, lower) portions that must be worked seperately.

    For Ex:

    upper: incline bench press

    middle: standard bench press

    lower: decline push-ups, or close grip bench press.

    Your upper and middle pecs look awesome. You may just want to focus on increasing the size of your lower pecs.
