@afghanmanyeah well Cherokees (Jeeps) have a long history and its hard to compete with that,but Isuzu Trooper reliability is well known.they are very well built. The 2.3 gas engine is stout,and the 2.2 Diesel can out last any cherokee 4.0

I have a '94 Isuzu Trooper. ('94 Trooper was larger model than this one.) Had it since '98. It's aged, a little worn, a little rust, but NEVER EVER fails to start! 200K miles and just keeps going! Got a sign in it's wondow that reads "NOT FOR SALE"!

I don't think so,although i respect your opinion.
I drive an 1999 isuzu vehicross,the most outstanding and trully crossover ever made.
Every time i see some one driving an axiom i ask them if they happy with their ride.
Every single answer is YES,they do.
The axiom is just another suv that looks different and that's why they stand aside from the rest of the vehicules.
And for the records,the 2004 axiom is the 1rst vehicule sold with the direct injectio n engine in the US market

I own a vehicross from 1999 with 43.000 K & never had an pennie problem with my truck ever since,my boss bought an jeep cherokee SRT-8 & two weeks later he had to return the truck with a blowing trans jajajajaja that's a junk
