This is The Seventh Album from Alex Puddu, The Soundtrack from The Golden Age of Danish Pornography out on Schema Records January 2012

Alex Puddu has composed and recorded new original music for a number of rare Danish porn movies dating back to 1971-74 which are to be released on dvd by the Danish erotica label Pink Flamingo Entertainment this November. The album, entitled "The Golden Age of Danish Pornography", is composed, produced, and recorded by Alex Puddu (drums, bass, guitar) assisted by a handful of great colleagues such as Sods guitarist Peter Peter on sitar and funky wha-wha, Blue Van-organist Soren Christensen on Hammond organ and jazz musician Jesper Løvdal on saxophone and flute.
Originally, the films had no music and no sound, but Puddu let their suggestive atmosphere be his inspiration and created the music so as to sound like an original recording from the 70's -- drawing on references such as freak beat, psych rock and jazzy moods.

Wonderful - I have nr. 188/250 of the lit. ed. LP pending for pick up. The cover on the original version is more true to “the golden age...." -Guess the Italians didn't like the full frontal nudity…
