But you lil kids get trying to re-write or think if you say it enough times it will become true. he plays guitar. but at the shoals he played the drums for a week. everyone except Billy played more than one instrument. @flyboymd82 When you say they all went to R.E. Lee together. Do you really mean when sleptrock start school there. they were leaving or already left? 69 or 70 Blackfoot was formed. Go look at the Blackfoot Albums and see who is list as the song writer's on "ALL" there albums. When Jakson spires wrote all the Blackfoot songs except 1. It was writen by Shorty. Sleptrocks GrandFather. but he is listed as a co-writer on all. as the label knew it would look stupid. to have a frontman that cant write

@Southernborn761 Bullcrap!! Ricky Medlock("shelprock"?? LOL! YOu don't even know thier names!)went to Robert & Lee high school with Ronnie, Gary & Alan in Jacksonville Florida & they all started the band together. Ricky didn't play drums either, he played guitar! He left the band early to join the band Blackfoot! When they regrouped, the rest of the band wanted Johnny as the fill in for Ronnie & the entire family supported him so STOP with the disrespect!

They've had many members come I go!
