Ok, I'm going to explain what this video means: The fat guy (we will just call him Gabe) probally has been eating fast food for a long time, and that ended up making him obese. Gabe, being probally without a girl friend, made fun of, and can't do many things because of his weight; and in turn, made him probally very depressed. Doing what most depressed people do, he goes crazy, and shoots the cashier, because of what 'they' have done to him.
