  • gosh i would give anything for that ability...im going to practice till i achieve that.

  • He tends to do bust shots for fans; strong poses from the chest up that capture the character. He can do them fast and keep his fans happy. What would you prefer he do? Spend an hour doing a full splash plage for someone with a line of ppl waiting?

Jim Lee is THE comic artist.

  • I don't think people mean to copy his drawings or style and saying I want to be Jim Lee.I think people mean to say I want to be where he stands, I want to be apart of the industry and being able to work with proffesional or become one. I feel the same but believe in yourself you can do it!

  • i want to be jim lee when i grow up. he's so inspirational to me. simply amazing.

  • @88riddlemethis to each his own. there are 2 types of people int this world leaders and followers some want to follow and some want to lead.

  • @88riddlemethis <---what this guy said

  • @theraVen27 Why would you want your art to be the same as someone elses? I want mine to be different so it makes me unique. I'm a leader not a follower. I want my own style and to be better. Always set your standards higher not the same.

  • God Damn, did he practice ALL THE TIME? Or is he just one of those people that are friggen amazing since birth?

  • Jim is one of my all-time favorites. I first got into his earliest work on the X-Men.

  • @Rowlannnn21 same here

  • @Rowlannnn21 me too, see you in the next life

  • @deadpool1104

no matter how much you are influenced or try to copy someone it will never be the same.

this is true for anything in life!

even if these guys traced Jim's art it would still be different.
