Tetris theme on toy accordion

I'm very much a beginner, and this is only after a about half an hour of practice. Hopefully a better version of this is forthcoming.

I bought the toy accordion at Value Village for 7 dollars.

Is that the First Act accordion that comes with the book? Does it actually help? I have no musical talent and don't know how to read notes ;(
