"No damage" applies for every level except the Opening Stage and Sigma's Fortress Stage 1, of course. :P
Since you take damage in the Central Highway Stage anyway, I took extra hits to make the run a little faster. xD

The boots are a must, it's nearly impossible finish the game without 'em or it's really because of the first stage of Sigma's Palace...
