Christians follow the New Testament. Show me where Jesus taught what you claim is Christian. What is happening in the Congo is attributed to ethnic and political fighting. The New Testament contains none of the violence mentioned on the Hebrew scriptures. However, we all know that Islam is a violent cult based on the Quran, which contains numerous calls to kill non-Muslims and treat them harshly and to give them no respect.

i find it funny that in the koran it talks of love 52 times or so but it refers to only Allah to love him. but in Christianity it says Love over 600 times refering it to God, Gods love to us, and to love neighbors as himself the funny thing is Islam was spread by war take Mohammed he led an army to take out mecca while Jesus used his love not violence get your facts straight and also that Christians are supposed to be the "PEOPLE OF THE BOOK" now defend that

And about the Bible's violent passages, they were written, altered, rewritten for centuries, and by ordinary men, so many things are severily altered. God would never say that.

Some of those images aren't even related with religion, but with civil wars and internal conflits. Nice try, how about the mutilation of the women genitals, so they can feel no pleasure (because only the men have that right, right?) which causes a mortality rate of almost 50%? how about that "Islamic terror in Africa"?

Even today islamic groups kidnapp people in Africa for slavery. Sometimes humanitarian organizations (many christians, other non related to any religion) buy those 'slaves' from them just to return them to their villages and give their freedom back, and then the muslims come and kidnapp them again! how about that?

So don't be hypocrite pretending Christianity tries to slave the world or some crap like that (what about islam??).
