You can find the link to the NDAA 2012 bill in wikipedia. Look at note 1021, 1031. It allows the detention of americans only "suspect of terrorism", without trial, nor lawyer, ... It defines a class of citizens for which the human rights and the constitution does not apply. And the FBI already considered that being a supporter of Ron Paul is a reason for terrorism suspicion. Since Obama signed the NDAA bill, I am afraid that the war on drugs is no more the only war against its own citizens. The "war on terrorism" has taken a quite "war-on-drugs" type of look. Why most media remains silent is stunning.
