Running in into a -1.7 m/s wind, Philip Hayle (lane 1) wins his first OFSAA title in style. He seems to be surprised by his victory, but he wasn't challenged as he pulled away from the field.

They're midget AGE, not midget SIZE. In Canada, midget is the same as frosh (freshmen) in the US.
