What gas price is the highesst in the world?

This price is in Germany, February 2008, most expensive gasoline I've seen this year.
The picture shows 1.24 Euro / liter of diesel, 1.35 for normal gasoline, 1.41 for high-octane value gasoline.

In Haiti it is 11.50-13$ a gallon.

The Haitian Gourde 38 is 1 US$, I guess you converted the local gas price into US $.

One gallon is about 3.79 liters, dividing your price by this, we get 3.03 $/liter to 3.43 $/liter in Haiti. Converted into Euro: it is about 2.02 Euro/liter to 2.29 Euro/liter.

What the big shame of René Préval it is to leave the citizens surviving in this crazy fuel price. But what's the fuel tax there? Preval is surcharging maybe from citizens...

In Hawaii we pay $3.38 a gallon. I don't know the comparison to Germany.

1 gallon is about 3.785412 liter. So certainly US is one of the cheapest. Today $/Euro is about 1.45, 3.38 is about 2.33 Euro divided by 3.785 liters giving 61.5 Euro cents a liter. Good price, still in the turmoil of commodities prices such as crude oil (Brent crude future) at 92 dollars in New York.
