1968 was a great year for music. Cool seeing Harry Dean Stanton in the control room.

Saw you guys on Beverly Hillbillies singing "Oh Robin Hood" this morning. Love it!

-
That's Harry Dean Stanton as the record producer.

We shot this in the summer of 1968. It aired that fall.

My wife and I were just watching this episode of Mannix on DVD - we'd never heard the song before, but were so taken with it that we instantly jumped online to find out what it was and who played it. (It didn't occur to us until the episode ended that the name of the band would appear in the credits.)
Thanks for posting this video on YouTube, because it helped us we make the connection. We plan to buy the album soon. Thanks!

Thank-you for the nice feedback. I'm touched that you and your wife were moved by the song. I'm sure you'll enjoy the CD, "Beautiful Sun". You can learn more about the band by visiting the official website of Danny Faragher.
