If you appreciate Luigi Boccherini you can't consider this arrangement of La Musica Notturna Delle Strade Di Madrid to be Boccherini anymore than you could consider a pencil sketch of a woman on the bus to be DaVinci's Mona Lisa. I've heard better versions in car commercials.
