and dont stand on the toes because the impact on the fore-knee is bigger. stand on the heels.

Looks good. Only problem i seen was how people were holding there knees when circling them. Hold above the knee not on the knee. Keep it up!

I hope they get club status, because he seems like a great instructor, especially for beginners :)
