Ingredients


2 kg potatoes
250 dkg potato flour
Milk and butter for making mash

Boil potatoes , make mash from them with milk and fat, take fourth part of potatoes and fill with flour , mix and add potatoes which you take away. Make small ball boil in hot water as long as they will floating . take them away quick. Storage with a bit of oil so they will not stick togheter
