sory i think hinata would win because well hinatas tecniqe is very fast and kinda ti-jutsu temari can't block fast ti-jutu only one attack and she can't use her fan if her and her opponcent are less the a foot away sorry and also hinata (after the chunin exams) could block the win useing her chakra .....
