  • You really should foam roll the whole body everyday regardless of whether or not you are doing a full body workout or even working out that day (IMHO). Thanks for the post.

  • Streching can be done after training , nor before, cause it`s more possible you``ll hurt while streching , plus, you are doing the warm up , by streching you are cooling down...

  • how much time do i have to spend in this warmup and if i dont have problems do i have to do all the exercises u did ? plz reply

  • No real secrets here, but good info to share for those who don't put much merit into a warm-up. Definitely an important part of a workout. Any warm-down ideas?

    Good media literature though man! This is exactly the kind of warm-up I do. I took my information from Thomas Kurz's "Scientifically Stretching." Have you read this book? If so, what do you think of it? I was quite impressed.
