It's because women are being abandoned to raise their offspring on their own by cowardly so called fathers. So they turn to the government to pay for their little bastards. So basically there are a lot of sluts who can't keep their legs closed expecting the government to pay for their bastard children. So they vote Democrats as the Democrats are much more likely to fund little whores then the Republicans.
