Anyone who thinks this parody is insulting needs to understand that it's a PARODY. This mocks pretty much all of Sally Field's films and does a pretty damn good job of it. Oh, and Annie Heller, you totally deserved that Kawanis Club Award. Brilliant.

sorry yashil but there are Iranians today unfortunately who behave in the same way and unfortunately Dr. Mahmoody's family was one of them. There are great open minded people in Iran too and the book "not without my daughter" shows how these were the people who helped Betty Mahmoody escape while the American government did nothing. Stop going on and on about how anti-Iranian this story is because it is anti-Islamic Revolution an anti Islamic Republic Iran not Iran and Iranians altogether
