I have a question: If the cost of education IS lowered, who would be paying for it?

Let the free-market work without government interference. Around the globe, the thing that has shot costs up was the idea that education is a right, not a privileged to be earned. Money has value. The colleges would be cheap if we stopped loaning and inflating the education sector, because that would force them to COMPETE for more students in order to get more money, making them lower their costs or drop out.
