  • I hope President Medevev consider a meeting with the new Japanese leadership immediately, and seize this historic opportunity for improved relations.

  • 54 years of rule by one single (proUSA) party!??! What kind of "democracy" is that???

In Russia in only the last 20 years we saw rapidly changing politics: first reformed communists (M. Gorbachev), then proUSA-ultra-liberals (B. Yeltsin), then moderate conservatives with high national self-awareness (V. Putin, who completely revised Yeltsin era policy)... • @fightforfair no kissing the ass of a ruler that i can not elect is a crazy fail democracy works.

  • 1:24 the japanese logo for the democratic party of japan looks like the all seeing eye. O__o

  • Your ignorqnce is showing

just because they were allies doesnt mean they were both in the same war (against russia). russia and belarus are allies and I didnt see any belarusian troops invading georgia

  • You can bet on that my friend.... believe me. The dispute will be soon over, and i would go as far as to say that even the disputes with Korea and China. And that's not all... i would say that they will push for decrease of US troops stationed in Japan. Which is all good thing! Im personally glad that this political change in Japan came sooner than i expected. Now i believe everything will get better soon.

  • Oh man how dumb! The current situation in japan is that the demographics is showing increase in elderly people and decrease in young people. You think that if LDP would have continue, it would have been in benefit to Japanese economy? How naive... Japan truly need a new politics. Japan had many land disputes with neighbours and especially over Kurill islands they had heated discussion with Russia.

  • Your ignorance is showing

    Japan and Germany were allies

and Japan took control of eastern expansion marching to korea ,northern china and mongolia

  • lol why are they talking like that , reporters .....
