  • Hey I am originally from Toronto. However, I am currently living in Korea for the year. Your place looks really nice, esp the tires! If i lived in niagara I'd definitely check it out

  • That would make a good Crossfit gym. Add in rings, a plyobox, and kettlebells, and you're set.

  • badass bro

  • @x5NYx Not if you're over 1,70m tall. But you can set the J hooks on the outside, so there's no reason to do it inside (even if you're a short person).

  • Is the rack tall enough to do standing military/shoulder press inside it???

  • I have the powertec squat rack and lat tower. It works perfectly for me. Bulletproof

  • Muthafuka this is a nice gym

  • Is there enough room to squat inside the actauly rack? and are the drip handles any good

  • Very Basic Homegym,I love it. And You don't need a whole on fancy stuff like a commercial gym. Nice video Bro !
