  • @phattytak Nobody cares, you fucking weeaboo.

  • I don't mean to put a damper on your video or people enjoying their dinner, but one thing I want to point out so badly is that this restaurant definitely run by non-Japanese.

I am surprised how rude the waitress put plates and bowls on the table. She clattered dishes loudly. In Japan, restaurant owners never make their employees serve like her even when they hire foreigners. If you want to find a real Japanese restaurant, you should listen the clatter sound carefully.

  • The japanese translation for the pickled ginger is Gari

  • abalone is not hard to find. well not in Seattle anyway which is 3 hours south of BC. You can pretty much go to any asian market that sells fresh seafood and they will most likely have it. It is a delicacy and is less common but not rare. and not illegal. I would say its as common as geo duck except geo duck can be caught here in the pacific NW
