It's the ONLY chest in the game that can be easily exploited anyway since its right there and on a console, we can't noclip and cheat to steal from every merchant chest in the game. Actually I think you can still glitch under white run and steal from euro land gray manes chest

As much as I would hate to "cheat", i finally went to dawn star and tapped into this chest. I can't look at it as cheating considering if you lookat it like your just stealing from a merchants private storage location.
