I'll stick with sugar. :) P.S you are beautiful

Stevia is refined when it's white, even the green (pure) are refined, but less. The plant itself is the only unrefined form.

Thank you. I have not been sure of what to use as a sweetener.
P.S. Well presented

And Hitler hated the jews. Know what I mean?
Why can't we all just GET ALONG???

I enjoyed your video. I bought Truvia today, as it is a combination of both stevia and Erythritol

I love erythritol! Sobe came out with a zero calorie Life Water that is sweetened with erythritol

Thank you for featuring erythritol. Have you tried Zsweet? We've improved the taste of erythritol with natural fruit extracts while keeping it entirely natural, sugar-free, zero glycemic index, zero calories and zero net carbs.
It tastes so close to sugar many people can't tell the difference!

Informative video although I disagree that sugar is okay even in moderation. It instantly feeds a plethora of bacteria in the gut even in moderation. Science has shown it will raise blood triglycerides within five minutes. It may be a contributing factor to learning disabilities in children. And the list goes on and on.
Honestly, if I had my way, I'd force sugar cane into extinction.

Thank you for the info, i didnt know about yacon syrup. I currently use xylitol more than anything and stevia.
