@MikeeRacing : OHH Noes, 10 hp. LOL. I better watch out.

Umm, yeah. 10hp gain by removing the stock intake, maybe? You might have got 11hp if your little pc fan wasn't causing turbulence in the intake... I wouldn't flame you if you didn't sell this to people telling them it's so awesome... What was done to that car in the video? Just an e-RAM probably, eh? :)

@philly2compton89 save your money, these things are a wast of time. an exhaust and headers will be much better for your car

I.T. tests "injector Cleaners," Octane boosters," "Fuel Savers," Magic Magnets," etc etc, so far all have been fictional, and they're not afraid to bust them either. When I see this on the Fact or Fiction section of the magazine then I'll believe it.......my right nut hangs lower than the left one though

The e-RAM DOES NOT restrict air-flow because it is a larger diameter than the throttle-body of V6 and smaller engines. The axial-flow e-RAM rotates freely when it is off & air flows through it. A typical throttle-body on a V6 engine is about 2.5 inches diameter & has a restrictive gate regulating air entry (tied to gas pedal). The e-RAM is 3.5 inches diameter. So, even with the electric motor in the middle, the e-RAM is equivalent to a 3 inch diameter intake tube & can't restrict the intake.

to see is to believe, run a base stock dyno then run another one with your electric sc. let's see if there's any real gain
stobodort 1 year ago
@stobodort : There are many independent dyno test results available for viewing on our website. There is even a dyno test and article that was written by Performance Auto & Sound Magazine (PAS Mag) in late 2005.

if you trust your product so much, send it to Import Tuner Magazine, they will test it, and if it works I'll cut off my left nut
alex140291 1 year ago
I guess you don't like your left nut very much, because we gave the product to Performance Auto & Sound Magazine (PAS Mag issue Nov 2005), and when tested on a 1.6L honda Civic by an independent dyno shop (which they hired), the e-RAM produced a gain of between 6.7hp and 10hp on the 1.6L 88hp engine in the Civic. Many other independent dyno tests have been made, but this one was the only magazine test. Magazines tend to test only products from companies that pay them big advertising dollars.
