Much respect to you for putting efforts into this and spreading the word. I've realized how devastatingly important this is when I gave up my mobile phone a month ago. HUGE DIFFERENCE..., headaches, muscle spasms, memory loss, fatique... all dissappearing within a week!!! I hope more people will begin to wake up. the problem here is that these toys are very addictive to our society. there isn't enough discipline in most people to accept these facts. the outcome may be devastating.

i think the sleeplessness comes from the increased stress. Stress from work and school. In Germany schools are 1 year shorter but have the same content. and Unis are shorter but have the same content.

Since about everyone else is having a phone in the classroom they don't need to have one of their own. And since the schools use wireless internet they never need to put the phone to their heads. They are constantly surrounded by this stuff.

Yes, my children DO have more headaches then I had. And much much more then the generation before. My parents never had any. Never a headache - imagine that!

Thank you for the precise comment. It seems like most parents are blind today or unable to add 2+2 - but again most are caught in the switching and will rather argue for hours than look at the reality - change is dangerous, but change will come very soon anyway - so if people do not want to see they will feel. It's really interesting to observe understanding - the meaning of life. Yes, nature is the link to reality - technology is the "switching of nature" outside and inside and we "suddenly" live in a synthetic and pseudo life and feel empty inside.
