I like this chant, its simple easy to remember but at the same time seems to be full of meaning,,, I don't know if its just me but when i hear this i think of how were all made up of the 4 elements earth air water and fire, but at the same time were made up of good and evil, (light and dark, possitive negitive, ect),

I'm not sure how to express it but its got a meaning. its very 'as is' if ying and yang were drawn this chant represents the line on the paper i guess.
