If you are an IT worker and having a hard time keeping up with the stream of knowledge, give DevonThink a try. I use it to capture a permanent archive of all my RSS feeds, which are typically generated via "favorites" and "stars" from Google Reader, Twitter, ReadItLater and Delicious Bookmarks.

As for which version I use, I'm on PRO because I use the OCR features and multiple libraries.

Excellent demonstration. Can DevonThink do that with the info already in your Mac? Or only what you bring into the application?

Love the video - would definitely like to see more Devonthink videos. More info about how you use the AI capabilities, how you set up th databases, 1 vs many databases etc.
