Haad Salad :: Koh Phangan Thailand

Natasha, Matthew along with Mama and Papa Bird set up shop on the very beautiful Haad Salad on Koh Phangan in the south of Thailand in December 2007.

Beyond Bottle Beach I have to say this is the most beautiful beach on the island :)

Nice place, I agree, but I guess you havent been on the south east beaches like Haad Yuan, Haad Tien and Haad Wai Nam. There you can see the all beauty of Phangan. But go there walking from Haad Rin trough the jungle and see those beaches from the hill view point, it's priceless.

We were last year in had Chalhoklum in the very north of Phanghan... This is the place you could find the quiet to rest and a large beach to sunbath!!! In low season you can hardly find 10 tourists and the hotel prices drop!!! (8€/day for a large bungalow)

we stayed here in 1995 when there were only about 8 bamboo huts & some fishermen the most perfect place on earth etched into my sole
