  • Tim Berners Lee did not invent the Internet, he invented the World Wide Web, which is one of the ways to access the Internet.

  • @Scout4Me1 no he didn't, he just helped it get money for development and world wide access

  • Actually, the title of the video is wrong. There was no single creator.

The Web is not the Internet. The Web is a big subset of the Internet.

  • @Scout4Me1

TBL invented the Web; Gore co-sponsored the initiatives that turned the ARPANET into the Internet. Both played major roles.

  • I think that the biggest challenge for another 20 years is going to be for us to protect the internet from regulation and government interference. The internet and flow of the information must be free, uncensored and for everyone.

  • I thought Al Gore invented the Internet!

  • You cant get any more neutral than a free market. Net neutrality is a clever way of saying they are gonna force their agenda upon us weather we want it or not. "You can do it your own way, if its done just how we say".

  • Only 20%?I would have thought a bit more.
