is the file size supposed to be very small? i used your codec settings and the file is tiny... is it supposed to be that small?

i need fast tip i have done work on premier on some avi clips they are uncompressed quality now i wana export them in the maximum quality possible with sound too ,,
my work area was pal 720 x 576 ,so wat format to export ! for nice quaity with nice size not over like 4 giga?

Try the same codec. Keep everything the same except the frame width and height, and fps (I think PAL is 25 right?). See what you get.

One small thing: Don't put a fixed frame rate like '29.97'. Find the average rate by looking at the frame rate of each of the clips in your video. NEVER put a frame rate different than the original's. That's what makes HD videos so slow.
