Pride and Prejudice Recut Trailer

I'm a high school teacher and I will be giving my students a project to recut a trailer, so I made this to teach myself the process. It's still a rough draft, so would love (nice) comments and criticism.

actually youre pretty good! pure talent. the beginning started out a bit weird but from then on it was hilarious! im still amazed how you guys can twist a story like that! hilarious! where did you come up with the whole stalker idea?

Thanks alot. I wanted to make one just to learn the process, so I just went through my (wife's) DVD collection and thought there were enough smouldering looks in this one to change the genre.

Are your students' videos posted someplace to see?

Not yet. Some of theirs are way better than mine. Next term I'll remind some of them to chuck them online.

I think it's great! It's amazing what some judicious editing can do. =D I'd just change the narration to text and try to make the voices from the film louder since I could barely hear them.

I agree with your comments but don't think I'll be revisiting this project. My students have completed their trailers and some have done a really good job.

LOL, if i've never seen the original and i found this trailer, i would think this was one of those movies that are creepy-ish w/ a weirdo stalker person...I enjoyed this, good job :)

It works, and yet it doesn't. Could've replaced the voiceover with just words on the screen. I thought this was pretty good, but... just not good enough. You know? 3stars, respectively.
