If you are going to drink apv, get the Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar. It's very good for the body because it's alkalizing and most people eat way too much acidic food - soda pop, processed meats, junk food, fried foods, etc. As you get older you're more likely to start having serious health problems like weak bones, joint pains, bad skin, and possibly worse things like heart disease, cancer, etc. Its important to stay alkaline with fresh fruits & vegetables - apc can help too.
