Swearing in of Kwame Brown Part 1

On January 2, 2009, Associate Judge Zinora M. Mitchell-Rankin of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia administered the oath of office for At-Large Councilmember Kwame R. Brown. Councilmember Brown humbly accepted the honor of another four year term and thanked his family, supporters and District residents for making it all possible. Councilmember Brown focused his message on bringing more change to District policies, specifically in the areas of job training, classroom revitalization and parental responsibility.
