Can you build muscle and lose fat at the same time? Or do you have to lose muscle mass during weight loss?

You can actually preserve or even gain muscle mass when you are on a diet and how you do it with working out, the right nutrition and keeping your calories in check is what we are addressing in this video.

  • @Evilcyber man i want to start parkour and i need to do conditioning and all this staff so i can build musles for parkour moves anyway if i start exercising i will loose fat? cause i really dont want to loose any fat just to make my body stronger ...is that possible? plss answer

  • and just one question: is it possible to reduce your calories even more? i mean as long as you keep getting enough protein and stuff, so will it be possible to lose fat even faster?

  • @marcosdelapinta It will be really hard to get enough protein and the rest if you go below your BMR. Slowly build a solid foundation and you can enjoy it for years to come :)

  • I want to start working out. I used to be quiet big in school but lost it due to being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. I've recently started running and eating more healthy and now by top abs have started to show. I was wondering if you have a diet plan I can follow or get a general idea of. I know carbs, protien and water is really good for your body and healthy eating but me and many others just wonder how much of these should we take each day.

    Would like to just get a general idea thanks :)
